The vision for Health, Strength and Performance is to build a community-based hub where anybody

can come to learn or expand their knowledge and understanding of all things relating to health,

strength, and performance. HSP aspires to accomplish this by providing a non-commercial,

specialised, high-performance training facility. Anyone interested in furthering their understanding of

health-related topics can take advantage of HSP's consultations and educational workshops. HSP

prioritizes quality over quantity. As a result, a limited number of people will have exclusive access to

the facility. However, the opportunity for additional education is available to all.

HSP has individually selected local businesses within the community to work with. These businesses have agreed to provide their services and products at a discounted price for the members of HSP. This provides local businesses with more customers, while giving you a discounted price. This is one way we are giving back to the community and to look after you as part of our family.

Simply make these businesses aware that you are a part of HSP by presenting your membership card when communicating with them and receive a discount and the time of purchase.
