45 minute consultation at a time convenient to you. Discuss topics like training, nutrition, goals, any health related topics you are interested in learning about.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment you can reschedule. Please notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment if you require a rescheduled time. Your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel.
