Learners Lifting License (LLL)

An all encompassing module of how to exercise, create personalized training programs & collect relevant data to make adjustments for continuous progression.

If you're new to the gym and unsure where to start, this module is designed specifically for you. Avoid the frustration of sifting through countless sources and unreliable advice. By focusing on evidence-based principles, this program will streamline your learning process helping you make accomplishments that usually take years to achieve. In just 14 weeks, we are certain you will master the fundamental principles of exercise, and build a solid foundation that will set you up for long-term success and confidence in your fitness journey.

 Follow our structured approach: Learn, apply, record, reflect, and reevaluate.


LLL Module Outline

 

  • Pre, intra and post InBody health assessments & consultations

  • Initial physical/movement screening assessment

  • Personalized 14 week training program & templates

  • Four one on one coaching sessions: Work with a certified trainer to learn the fundamentals of exercise, technique execution, exercise selection, equipment usage, data tracking, recovery management and understand the importance of data collection to measure progress.

  • Ongoing Support: Access to expert advice to keep you on course, build your knowledge & confidence in the gym. Fortnightly online check ins available for accountability via Email, text or call (Dependent on coach)

This module can be easily added to your standard HSP membership or incorporated into your existing gym routine if you prefer to stay where you are. It’s the ideal way to kickstart your fitness journey with expert guidance and tailored support.
